In the end, this enhances control , leads to a better quality product, lowers overall cost which also ensures an enjoyable experience with Commercial Team Construction.
Commercial Team Construction LLC was founded in 2003 as Joel Fritz wanted to bring his education, life experiences and “Nucor” philosophy to the construction industry. He chose the name carefully using the word “Team” because it is the “employees”, the “subcontractors” and the joint venture with the “owners” that make the “Team”.
When Joel opened his company in 2003, he employed one office and one field employee. Joel wanted to create a design build construction firm that would provide turnkey construction for small business owners and corporations. This would give him the ability to apply his architectural and engineering skills learned in college and his knowledge from the construction industry to design some of the most economical and creative solutions for his clients. Today, Joel employs five office employees along with twenty-six field employees.
The employees of Commercial Team Construction are a team. They all share in the daily responsibilities of meeting the client’s needs. From the start, Joel and his staff gather the information from each client, think outside the box to discover ways that could benefit each client and form the best solutions for each project. They know that their customers are always right. CTC employees are known for going above and beyond the client’s expectations to ensure that their project is completed on time and all of their construction needs are met. They are a vital part of getting repeat business.
Joel believes that his employees are the best thing about Commercial Team Construction and he strives to improve their lives by providing them with a workplace in which they can grow, learn and strengthen his Team.
Young Life Youth Ministries Organization
Commercial Team Construction has made generous donations to multiple organizations within the community for many years. Joel Fritz believes strongly in the importance of enriching the lives of children and his generosity has made many opportunities possible. Providing the funds for youth to attend some of the best Christian based camps in the country, participate in team sports, and sponsor school events are just to name a few.
In addition to donating monetary contributions, Commercial Team Construction also takes a hands on approach in trying to make a difference in the community. One example of this was our “backpacks for the homeless” project. We personally bought and packed 30 backpacks with sleeping bags, hats, gloves and personal necessities and hand delivered them to the homeless community.
Haiti Mission Trip
Joel Fritz personally travelled to Haiti with” One Mission Society” to volunteer in helping to rebuild structures that were destroyed by the disastrous tsunami and lend a hand to the residents of Haiti.
Payton Manning Children’s Hospital Toy Drive
Commercial Team Construction, in partnership with a client TNT Powerwash, personally helped deliver a sleigh full of brand new toys for the little ones spending Christmas in Payton Manning Children’s Hospital. We also presented the hospital with a check to help cover the costs of renovating the chemotherapy infusion center into a super hero themed center to help bring a little cheer and comfort to some very deserving kids.
We also work with the following:
- One Mission Society
- Little Sisters of the Poor
- Boy and Girls Club of Indianapolis
- Otterbein United Methodist
- Midwest Food Bank
- IU Foundation
